Return & Refund Policy

At POSShop.co.za, we aim to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your order, we offer the following return and refund policy.

1. Return Eligibility

You may return your items within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery. The item must be:

  • In its original, unused condition

  • Unopened and in its original packaging

  • Not damaged or defective (unless the item was delivered faulty)

Note: Certain items, such as hygiene products, software, or personalized items, may not be eligible for returns. Please check the product description before purchasing.

2. Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at email support@posshop.co.za or call us on [insert phone number]. You will need to provide your order number and details of the items you wish to return.

Once we receive your return request, our team will provide you with instructions on how to return the product, as well as a Return Authorization (RA) number. Returns must be shipped back to us at your own expense, unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method. Refunds may take up to 7-14 business days to process, depending on your payment provider.

Please note:

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the item is faulty or we have made an error with your order.

  • If the return is due to a faulty or incorrect item, POSShop.co.za will cover the return shipping costs.

4. Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different model or size, please follow the return process as outlined above. Once your return is processed, you can place a new order for the replacement item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item. We will either arrange for a replacement or issue a full refund, including any shipping fees incurred.

6. Non-returnable Items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for:

  • Digital downloads or software

  • Gift cards

  • Products marked as non-returnable in the product description

  • Opened or used hygiene products
